Didaxé is a social cooperative that focuses on providing individual, professional and community growth opportunities for youth and adults across Europe. Since 2017, it has been offering training courses and internships to students and trainers through participation in the Erasmus plus program in the VET sector. Since 2020 it has been an accredited institution as a consortium coordinator in the Erasmus plus adult education sector. In the past 3 years it has sent abroad for training experiences to over 20 staff members of consortium entities and over 30 adult learners pertaining to disadvantaged classes.
Didaxé operates in the educational and social sector in all three territories of insistence: Turin, where it receives most Erasmus Plus VET projects; Caserta, where it has a management office and a focus on adult education; and Cellole, where it runs a youth center within a villa confiscated from the Camorra. Didaxé since 2020 has been the managing entity of an asset confiscated from the Camorra. Assigned to the cooperative by the Municipality of Cellole and the Campania Region, Officine Didaxé – Cellole Youth Centre, is the youth center of the small (8,000 inhabitants) town in the Caserta area. The management project for this center envisages the transformation of the center into a place of youth protagonism, a cultural center that offers young people in the area educational opportunities, international exchange opportunities and a cultural offer capable of responding to the needs of the community and in particular with young people.
This project constitutes the first approach to the Erasmus Plus youth sector for Didaxé: it is crucial for the cooperative and for the youth of Cellulo that Didaxé succeeds in entering the sector in order to give meaning and international scope to the youth center it manages, going to complete the cultural offer to the youth of the territory.

Odyssea is a nonprofit organization with a clear vision and strong commitment to supporting vulnerable youth in their search for employment opportunities and personal development. Odyssea’s mission is to ensure equal opportunities for all by providing vocational training and soft skills enhancement to empower them for employment and personal development. The organization envisions a world in which all young people can thrive and realize their full potential. The organization offers tailored vocational training as well as employability services to equip its beneficiaries with the necessary skills and confidence to succeed in the job market.
Odyssea is guided by the principles of transparency, neutrality, accountability and inclusiveness, it serves as a safe space for personal growth and provides opportunities for people to improve regardless of their gender, origin, religion, creed, disability, age or sexual orientation. Odyssea is dedicated to empowering socially vulnerable people by providing them with specialized courses in the dynamic tourism industry. Upon completion of these courses, beneficiaries are connected to various opportunities in the growing Greek tourism job market. Over the past seven years, Odyssea has been instrumental in training and equipping a diverse group of individuals for roles such as kitchen assistants (with 58 beneficiaries), bartenders (with 47 beneficiaries), hotel staff (with 165 beneficiaries), and captains and lifeguards (with 5 beneficiaries).
It is important to note that a significant number of Odyssea’s beneficiaries are youth and adults in precarious status seeking work in the tourism industry, which tends to be characterized by seasonal, underpaid and non-contracted jobs. During the past 7 years, Odyssea has worked closely with other organizations in the refugee field supporting nearly 1,900 refugees and asylum seekers (42% of Odyssea’s total beneficiaries). Of the total number of beneficiaries, 26 percent are between the ages of 16 and 24. A large proportion of the people trained in Odyssea’s courses are socially and economically vulnerable Greeks. Constant data monitoring (through the Odyssea Platform), consultations on national and international surveys, and close communication with beneficiaries and other stakeholders enable a clear, multi-level assessment of needs and best practices to be adopted.

The main objective of the Association is to unite the efforts of youth, adults, educators, and public figures in support and development of education in general, personal development, social integration, and personal achievement primarily of young people. Projecteka’s main activities include developing and implementing projects within the framework of European and national programs in the field of personal and professional development, targeting young people from disadvantaged backgrounds; organizing and implementing seminars, trainings and conferences dedicated to promoting soft, soft and employability skills in line with labor market needs, contributing to equitable access to learning and employment opportunities.
All of the Association’s activities are aimed at supporting and encouraging the continuing education of young people. The team is actively involved in organizing events, training, and projects throughout Bulgaria to raise young people’s awareness of opportunities for their professional and personal development, promoting their social integration and personal fulfillment. We have extensive experience in organizing internships and volunteer activities through which young people acquire key competencies and skills, including entrepreneurial spirit and a high awareness of the obstacles and difficulties faced by people from disadvantaged backgrounds. This fosters their willingness to participate in public life, contributing to the strengthening of democracy and active citizenship.
The Association’s target group includes all young people, focusing on 16-30 year olds, as this is the transition period from school to work. Our activities are mainly aimed at young people in vulnerable situations, with fewer opportunities who face cultural and geographical barriers, educational obstacles, at risk of social exclusion, NEET (Not in Education, Employment, or Training), early school dropouts, and ethnic minority groups (such as Roma, who make up 10 percent of the Bulgarian population), facing barriers related to discrimination, due to their disadvantaged background, and any other barriers that prevent them from accessing inclusive education and long-term employment.
